Changes to Constant Contact Pricing Structure

Posted by Brent on April 18th, 2007

Effective April 14, 2007, a change in the pricing for Constant Contact takes effect. This change will not impact your account for 90 days.

  • The pricing for accounts with 0-50 and 51-500 contacts will be combined, creating a new pricing level for accounts with 0-500 contacts.
  • That means that if you’re a customer with 0-50 email addresses in your account, you will now be required to pay $15 a month (You will not be charged without your consent). With this change, you can maintain as many as 500 email addresses in your contact list. And there is no limit on the number of email campaigns you can send.
  • All other pricing stays the same

Grace period for our valued customers!
Because we value you as a customer, Constant Contact is giving you a 90-day grace period to ease the transition to this new pricing structure. During this time, you can continue to use all the features of Contact Contact’s email marketing product at no cost-as long as you limit the email addresses in your account to 50 or fewer.

In short, your Constant Contact account will not be impacted for the next 90 days!

We hope this 90-day grace period will help avoid any disruption in your email marketing efforts—and that you will choose to continue as a Constant Contact customer at the end of this time.

Email marketing with Constant Contact is an outstanding value, and far and away, the most affordable way to connect with your customers or members.
